Brigadier General Mike Ndubisi (Rtd) began his illustrious military career in April 1973 with enlistment into the Nigerian Navy. He was later commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant at the Nigerian Defence Academy in December 1977. General Ndubisi’s 34-year military service was marked by distinguished appointments, strategic education, and exemplary leadership.


During his military career, General Ndubisi held key positions, including Director of Operations at Defence Intelligence Agency, Chief Military Intelligence Officer at ECOMOG Headquarters in Sierra Leone, and Commandant of Nigerian Army Intelligence School. He attended prestigious military courses, such as the Command and Staff Course in Pakistan and the National Defence College in Nigeria. General Ndubisi’s expertise earned him a Master of Science degree in Strategic Studies and an Advanced Diploma in Security Operations and Management.


After retiring in 2006, General Ndubisi transitioned into leadership roles in the private sector. He managed TANA Corporate Security Services and CAPAM Investments Ltd, creating employment opportunities for over 400 youths. Currently, he serves as President General of the Ndokwa ethnic nationality and Board Chairman of Delta Special Economic Zone Management Company FZC. General Ndubisi’s dedication has earned him several awards, solidifying his legacy as a respected military leader and distinguished Nigerian citizen.

Pastor Godwin Akpovie

MD/CEO

Pastor Godwin Akpovie is a multifaceted professional with expertise in business, politics, and philanthropy. His academic credentials include a Diploma in Industrial Relations, a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, and a Master’s degree in Public Administration/International Relations. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Security and Strategic Studies.


Pastor Akpovie’s business career spans over two decades, beginning as Managing Director/CEO of Harry Han International Ltd in 1993. Under his leadership, the company expanded into an international conglomerate with subsidiaries including Harry Ann Technologies Ltd and Rural Internet and Phone Services Ltd. He also holds key positions in Life Guard Security Ltd, Life Guard Aviation Ltd, and other companies.


Currently, Pastor Akpovie serves as Managing Director/CEO of the Delta Special Economic Zone Management Company FZC (Koko and Kwale Free Trade Zone) and is a voting member of the World Free Trade Zones, Dubai UAE. He is a fellow of the Debt Recovering Practitioners Institute of Nigeria and the International Institute of Professional Security. With his diverse experience and expertise, Pastor Akpovie is an innovative thinker and team player driving economic growth and development in Nigeria.

Mr. Godwin Ebosa

Hon. (Dr) Godwin Toritseju Ebosa is a distinguished individual with a strong educational background. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Benin and an Honorary Doctor of Business Administration from Commonwealth University, London. Additionally, he has a Certificate of Professional Studies in Leadership from Commonwealth University Graduate School, Belize.

Dr. Ebosa has extensive entrepreneurial experience, serving as Managing Director/CEO of several companies, including Awaritse Nigeria Limited and Ocean Explorers Nigeria Limited. His expertise spans aquaculture and engineering. In politics and public service, Dr. Ebosa has held various positions, including Chairman of Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (DESOPADEC) and Special Assistant to the Executive Governor of Delta State.


Currently, Dr. Ebosa serves as a board member of Delta Special Economic Zone Management Company FZC, overseeing the Koko and Kwale Free Trade Zone. This role leverages his expertise to drive economic growth and development in the region. Throughout his career, Dr. Ebosa has demonstrated leadership, entrepreneurial acumen, and commitment to public service, solidifying his legacy as a respected Nigerian leader.

 

Mrs. Ebele Irabor

Mrs. Ebere Irabor (Esq) is a seasoned lawyer with over 34 years of post-call experience in Nigerian legal practice. Her distinguished academic background includes an LL.B (Hons) from the University of East Anglia, Norwich, England (1985-1988) and a BL from the Nigerian Law School (1988-1989). Additionally, she became an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (ACIArb) in 2007.

Mrs. Irabor’s expertise spans various legal areas, including Corporate/Commercial law, Commercial Property and Construction Law, Telecommunications Law, Public-Private Partnerships, Estates and Trust Law, and Anti-Trust Law. She is renowned for her exceptional client interaction skills. Her professional affiliations include the International Bar Association, Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK), and Registered Capital Markets Consultant (Solicitor). She is also a Notary Public of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Currently, Mrs. Irabor serves as a board member of the Delta Special Economic Zone Management Company FZC, overseeing the Koko and Kwale Free Trade Zone. This role leverages her legal expertise to drive economic growth and development in the region. With her wealth of experience and expertise, Mrs. Irabor remains a respected figure in Nigeria’s legal landscape, committed to contributing to the country’s economic progress.

 

Dr. Peter Ese Oriavwote

Peter Ese Oriavwote FNIM, ACTI is a seasoned Chartered Accountant, Chartered Tax Professional, Health Insurance Financing Expert, Marketing and Management consultant. With extensive experience in corporate governance, research, and analysis, he brings valuable expertise to the table. His academic credentials include a PhD in Marketing Management from St. Clements University and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Nigeria.

Mr. Oriavwote’s professional certifications demonstrate his commitment to excellence. He is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). Additionally, he holds a Certificate to practice as an Insurance Agent from the Chartered Institute of Insurance of Nigeria. As a Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Management (FNIM), he has established himself as a leader in his field.

Currently, Mr. Oriavwote serves as a board member of the Delta Special Economic Zone Management Company FZC (Koko and Kwale Free Trade Zone).
